HP driver

I I just installed windows 7 and can’t play any sound without the system locking up. I am looking for a place to download the drivers for Conexant AC Audio link. The driver version that I have is 6.13.10.282 Hp sight doesn’t list it Please Help:confused

Is there any ? in Device Manager ? Do it if you inspect that

Start - Run type this mmc devmgmt.msc - Ok - right click to yellow device - Properties - Details - scroll down the arrow finding Hardware ids - there is a code in the box , we need it ( select all - copy - paste ) the code here :wave

That driver loks like the same one that is installed. I tryed it and when sound is played it freezes the computer
