Do double check your actual scanners model as that number ( C7716A ) is only for the Automatic Document Feeder add-on to possible the Scanjet 7400 series scanners, so if your actual scanner is the 7400 series then the drivers are below for all the Operating Systems HP has drivers for. If it is another model then do let us know which one.
