Okay, I have a HP Laserjet 3330 scanner and constantly fight the "scanner bulb warming up" message...it never does or the "Scanner error, power off, power on" message keeps coming on. It's been a problem for years and I have tried everything...now it is becoming a real continuous problem. There hasn't been a driver update in years. I am open for any suggestion that might work. I have researched it for several years...same old stuff and of course HP is no help... never were. I will take & try anything....Help.

Tunered....thank you for the response! I have looked at both links a couple of times and am still hesitant to try a universal driver for the laserjet 3330. Waiting to hear from HP, hopefully this year, to see if it might work as I didn't see this series printer listed. You also mentioned 7, we're still on XP so very hesitant.
