Hp Touchpoint Analytics

I have hp touchpoint analytics on my laptop hitman pro sees it as spyware no threat & hp says I can get rid of it from the control panel progams but it's not there. I let hitman get rid of it but it came back then I renamed it's folder but it came back - I'm wondering if it's a virus.

Hitman doesn't save results so I got a pic

Try pressing Windows Key+R and type services.msc in the Run box, and hit enter. Look for HP Touchpoint Analystics Client in the Services listing. If you see it, double-click on the service, set it's Startup type to disabled, and select Stop to end its current session.

Please open this folder and tell me what is there:
C:\ProgramData\Hewlett-Packard

Delete these:
C:\windows\system32\tasks\Hewlett-Packard
C:\windows\system32\tasks\HP

We use to....I need to mention this to Tim. Good to know you are all fixed up. Safe surfing.

Now go to the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 or 10 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
