%hs is missing [Help!]

Hello everyone!
So first things first, I noticed I was getting the 0x8007042c error for my firewall so i decided to run a scan using SuperAntiSpyware. It detected 80-ish problem and I removed them all. now whenever I try to start up my desktop, I get a blue screen that says %hs is missing, try reinstalling it. Please Help!

 

Have you completely gone threw your system scanning for all virus and malware problems.

I would recommend on doing this below.You might have to let the experts on the malware forums let you know that its clean.Be for we continue further with a corrupted hard drive.

Sounds like there is still some thing on system.SuperAntiSpyware does not pick up every thing.

 

Hello Can anybody help me with this little ...... something .
Here is a log from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool. I don't have any ideas for this error.
Oh i forgot. When the OS start's (Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit ) i have blue screen.
STOP : C0000135 The program can't start beacose %hs is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
