hsf_cnxt.sys error

hey everyone, i am really really desperate at this point. i have tried everything i can think of. i am trying to install the audio drivers for my 'Conexant HDAUDIO Soft Data Fax Modem with SmartCP', and i got the drivers from Acer, and the sound works great and woohoo for me, that is until i reboot the comp, and it tells me that i cannot find the 'hsf_cnxt.sys', so i get that, and i install that to the directory that it asks for, the 'temp' folder, but then it tells me that it cannot copy HSFHWAZL.sys.

I have looked and looked and looked for this on line but i cant find it. does any body, at all, have any idea whats so ever that i should do here, cus i really am confused.

How did u finally do it? i have the same problem and i can't figure it out.....
