HTC sensastion

Can anybody advise me what the realistic battery use time is of a HTC sensation as its driving me nuts .

I have put a higher capacity battery in and it still gives me only about 6-8 hours of use before i have to shut it down and put another battery in it , which is most frustrating .

I have turned off wireless/G3/bluetooth , and just have my e-mail apps running of which there are 3 , i bough a smartphone as i wanted to have a stress free life and keep up with things on the go so i didnt have to keep checking laptop .

seems that they have put all these features on a phone and then dont have the battery power to keep them going ,

Go into your phone's menu and see if any software or firmware updates are available for download.

Not sure about the HTC; however I've heard of other models where doing an update helped increase the battery life between charges.
