html email and outlook

Hey guys. I don't know if you'll find and answer or if you know anything off the top of your head. I have a problem printing html emails in Outlook. I don't know if this is a setting or what but I can't google it at all and I'm running out of ideas. I'm talking about double clicking the email and opening it up, then going to file > print and it just doesn't do anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

can you print from other applications? Like a word processor, or your internet brower?

Yeah the printer is installed correctly with the correct driver. Everything prints normally. Just the HTML mail.

IF the HTML mail is needing to get images from webpages off the net and wont print maybe this could be the issue http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;Q309171&ID=KB;EN-US;Q309171

are you also fully upto date with both OS & Office updates?
