    Hey Guys,

I recently performed a virus scan on my Vista Premium Laptop and it has detected the following.

    HTML/Infected.WebPage.Gen Portal[1]
    HTML/Infected.WebPage.Gen Portal[2]

    and a load of

    TR/VB.cgu.1

At the moment, their in quarantine, but I want to find a way to remove these from my system completely.

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks,

    Hi jayhunt88,
    Welcome to the Malware Forum!

In your antivirus program, there will be a place where you can singly or collectively mark the items in quarantine and have the deleted. If you're using some of the Norton's software, they have specific online instructions for emptying the quarantine bin. If this is the software you are using, you can go to this link for help with Norton's quarantine: Removing Files from Norton Antivirus Quarantine
