HTML is OFF

    OK...quick question here, my HTML is OFF for posts, and so, every time I view my signature (which contains HTML tags) it shows the tags, and not the tags' result. Is there a way I can turn HTML on? OR is it simply off by default, and if so, then why even include the option?
    Just curious, thanks!

    I don't know about here, but most other sites have it off because it creates havoc with the servers, and opens the door for viruses or other badness to infect the site.
