HTML Troubles

I'm attempting to design a couple of basic pages just for a little background history. While this may sound childish- This page i'm trying to design first is for my pet, Sarira, on an online petsite called Marapets.
There are several adults who play too however.

Anyway- back on track, Marapets also give you access to image, journal and webpage features. The webpages are limited to raw HTML and some features such as 'clickable area' do not work. Tables do work however and have been used before.

My problem here is that i simply cannot get the HTML to display the page correctly. I've tried the same page on marapets, geocities, and even my own server but they all recieve a very simular error. Near the end of this post- i've listed the links to these three pages to show what i mean.

Because i simply cannot get basic forms to work i initally attempted to use textboxes as i could then drag it around and place the text where i wanted too. Now it seems it's loading the area as an image rather then a simple place holder or otherwise.

I've also attached the page's HTML as a text file for a visural representation.
If anyone could help by re-writting or suggesting how to fix the code so the page remains basically the same as it is currently it would be greatly appriated and hopefully give me the chance to review any changed coding afterwards to learn where i've gone wrong in this matter.
Previously i've simply consistantly used spaces to get the text in it's orginal position but this seems rather unneccessary and troublesome.

So, nobody has any idea's on just what i've done wrong here?

I've tried re-scripting the code manually but still got the same error as above.

Doesn't anyone know how to help me here?
Been a free server i can't use PHP or SHTML, this may sound silly if i can code these two languages but not get a simple textarea to work correctly but thats the problem i'm having. Nomatter what i do i simply cannot work out how to do it short of making it one large image or something.
