Huge problem help please

My computer is infected with some virus......trojan.pendax. Nortan detects it everytime I reboot and removes it successfully.But if I stay connected to the internet for more than 5 minutes it tries to send out spam mail. I have to disconnect to stop it.

Please help

Followed the clean up procedure as outlined in your post. Here are the results. The log files of combofix and MGlog

 

Attached are log files of the other scans done. What do I need to do next?
