Huge Problem!!!

Alright!That's it! I hate to admit it but I am no longer a geek...Unless someone can help me...Alright, so this is waht happened...My D drive suddenly crashed and there is no way to fix it...All my security software (Norton Antivirus,Spyware Doctor, Microsoft Antispyware) and my Turing programming software were on that and now they are gone......Bad enough...NO! I tried to reinstall these applications but was only succesful with Spyware Doctor and Microsoft Antispyware. Can somebody please help me figure out how to uninstall Norton Antivirus form the D drive and reinstall Turing onto my C drive please. I've listed the error messages below.

Norton Antivirus error message:

The installation is missing the instopts.dat. Setup will now exit.

Turing error message:

Unable to locate the installation log file 'd:\program files\DeIsL3.isu'. Uninstalation will not continue.

 

I think I need glasses.
