Huge Problem!!!

    Alright!That's it! I hate to admit it but I am no longer a geek...Unless someone can help me...Alright, so this is waht happened...My D drive suddenly crashed and there is no way to fix it...My Turing programming software was on that and now they are gone......Bad enough...NO! I tried to reinstall this application but it wouldn't work. Can somebody please help me figure out how to reinstall Turing onto my C drive please. I've listed the error message below.

    Turing error message:

    Unable to locate the installation log file 'd:\program files\DeIsL3.isu'. Uninstalation will not continue.

    OK, so now you have started a new thread, same problem, same name. Except without the Norton stuff in you post. It looks like a cut and paste form your original thread.

    Have you tried Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to clean up that broken installation.
