Huge Realtek Problem

Hi so I have a massive Realtek problem, it started when I got a new headset and the front jacks weren't working because I while by I mistakenly uninstalled Realtek Download Manager.

That's not my real problem though, I went on a hunt to find out the problem and without really checking the internet I uninstalled Realtek on Device manager to reinstall it later to try and get the manager back.

See here's my problem two things happen when I try and re install the right drivers, One It says; 'The device is not supported by this device package and the second is if it somehow manages to get past this point and nearly make it to the end it says; 'Error Code: 0x0000005'

I've tried updating the drivers in device manager but it says; No drivers are installed for this device. I then go in to the driver tab and press 'update driver' and try and do it automatically which it then says; 'Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it' 'Access is denied.'

I can't rollback the driver or try a system restore because it doesn't work. Three days and I'm incredibly frustrated,
