    I am a pratt simply cos i can not run java jdk to start a simple programe! HELP!

    well i have java jre but i tried to download java jdk. it comes up as an upgrade but i don't have the development kit to upgrade! any way i can not locate a run or an install icon! as far as i know it has downloaded fully and correctly!

    What application are you trying to start or are you programming your own java program and need the Java Software Developers Kit?


    Which Windows version you using? ( always good background info to have )
