I am desperate!!!

I am trying to rid my pc of all the ad-spyware. I have never had this much before and I'm a little overwhelmed. I have followed the directions posted on this site. I downloaded all the spybot and ad...what not programs. The only ones that wopuldn't work are the microsoft defender and counter spy. I ran the 2 online scans and saved the reports. I will attach those. I keep getting pop ups that say my registry needs to be cleaned as well as casino and singles sites. Whenever I open my browser the page securityfeature.com comes up. I have trying to find out about this problem online but I am having trouble understanding what I need to do. Can someone please help me?

 

thank you so much. the securityfeature thing is gone. but i'm still getting ad-ware popping up. and a message saying that my active-x control won't allow some page to be displayed. this message keeps randomly appearing as well. i've run a lot of the programs mentioned on this site. the se ad-aware and the spybot. is there anything else you recommend or is there some trick to these as well? again thanks for your reply.
