i am looking for software with a certain UI

I want software that looks like the types of programs that looks like what the fbi or cia people would use or that they use on tv crime shows i dont know why but i just want to make my computer look like it is governmental

I have no idea where to find what you're looking for, but there are many theme sites where you can download different themes for Windows XP or Vista. Something that might be close is the LCARS theme (the computer from the Star Trek movies). Be very careful when downloading themes; they are notorious for having spyware/adware bundled inside, this is especially true with screensavers. If you're interested in the LCARS theme, you can download it from this link as a zip file. Be sure to throroughly scan it for malware before installing it. I couldn't find any screenshots showing what the theme looks like once it's installed, so you'd be flying blind.... good luck in your quest, and let us know what you find, and where you found it!
