I been smoke free for one year

man i have to quit smoking. its hard on those stressed out days at work though, let me tell ya. today sucks, and ive already smoked 3 cigs.

@murderhigh187, don't give up now.. You just keep quitting until you get it right... I don't know of anyone who actually quit on their first "try"..It takes practice... I have quit many times too, but finally got thru it the last time I 'quit'... YOu just have to keep at it..Don't give up.... :strong
