I can't access EXPLORER...

    Hello everyone. I seem to be having a small problem. I can't access windows explorer, or any file browsing window at all. I can't open 'my computer' or the control panel to use 'add/remove programs'. I have done everything I am able to do in the sticky 'read me first' thread. I can't do any of the steps involving 'my computer', and I can't open IE to run the two internet trojan/virus checkers. I have attached a hijack this log, if that helps. If you can assist me in any way, it would be very much appreciated.

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

    You will have to try and do more of what is in the READ ME somehow even if you have to download tools onto another PC and transfer to this PC somehow. If you were able to use HijackThis you should be able to do other steps. Based on HijackThis alone you are not having malware problems and thus we have nothing else to tell you.

    Do you have the same problems when you boot in safe mode?
