I can't delete 2 files

I think this is what happened to the files too. I had to d/l the file and before the name of the files appear in the folder, it copied to it. I was downloading 10 at a time so things might have gotten screwed up and the file wasn't copied. I wonder what would have happened if I downloaded the same files again with the exact names and when it asked me if I wanted to copy over the files in the folder and I clicked 'yes', if the files on the drive would have gotten sorted out and the problem eliminated. At this point, I'll never know. I formatted the partition and I'm moving my files back onto the hdd.

I don't understand the screw-up with the file that Avast found. I highlighted one of the files and clicked to have Avast scan it and it popped up with the one that I posted earlier that was on a different hdd altogether. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the file name and told Avast to send it to 'chest' and I couldn't get it out of there. It was my keygen that I'll have to get again.
