i can't download a pdf reader

    i am on windows xp and using mozilla firefox browser,i try and download pdf,and keeps saying download interrupted and system not modified.any help?

    Which pdf programme do you have ? I think using internet explorer is a solution to your problem !! :cool

    HI

    Using the browser to open PDFs is a pain in a behind at times, I would personally right lick and "save as" the PDF to your PC then open it using either Acrobat Reader or Foxit.

    Agreed. I personally use Foxit but I normally right-click, copy link location (the URL of the PDF), open Foxit, File->Open, paste the URL as the filename and let it open it for me.

    i still can't get it,i've tried foxit it just freezing on download :(

    Foxit will 'seem' to freeze while it is downloading the PDF. If it is large, it may take some time but I've not had problem in the past (except with my internet connection flakes out).

    Any idea how large the PDF is? Is your connection strong? Are you downloading anything in the background? Is anyone else?
