I can't download from this site!

I have a bad case of spyware running on my computer. Everytime I try to download a program from this website, an error message pops up and says "internet explorer can't open (lists the site name) Operation Aborted. and it closes my web page. ANyone know what I can do about this? These pop ups are killing me!!

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates. Try downloading the programs while in safe mode. If you are still unable to do the downloads skip to step 6, do the online scans then go back and try again to download the programs. Then, proceed with the installing, updating and running of the programs.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

• Bitdefender
• Panda Scan
• HijackThis
