When I try to edit the file hosts (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc) it won't let me save it. The message:
It's not possible to create C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.

Check if the name of the file is correct.
    (something like this)

Inside the file there are a lot of IPs betweeb the tags:

I need to add a IP but I can't! I can't save or edit nothing

There are some extra files at C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc like backups...

    And I scanned with hijackthis...

    Can someone help me?

Make sure you know what you're doing first. Right click on the filename and choose Properties. Un-check the Read Only attribute. Edit your file. Reset the Read Only attribute.

BTW, this belongs in Malware Removal, not Drivers. Ask a Malware Removal moderator to move it there and help you from here on out.
