I can't even press the "Agree" button on the bitdefender website...

    What the heck? My cursor doesn't recognize the Agree button as anything but a picture and text apparently, it won't register when I click on it. Can someone give me a direct link to where I would be if I clicked I agree? Or tell me how to fix this?

    I can't see the scan button for the ravantivirus either... i think there is a problem with my java or something. Any idea how to fix it?

    Also, I can't add www. and .com to my address by pressing ctrl+enter anymore... maybe these two problems are connected..?

    unfortunately, I can't even get the scanner to load, because the button is shown as simply a picture. It doesn't turn to a "click" cursor when I hover over it, it stays as a pointer and doesn't register when I click on it. Like I said, on the other website I can't even see the scan button, there is nothing there. I checked on my other computer and both sites work, so it must be a problem with the computer. Any other ideaS?

    yes, that didn't help at all due to my security already being set to medium :(

    Did you set it click the Default Level button? If so and it still does not work, I would guess that some Active X setting is not correct or you do not have the appropriate permissions on the PC. Does your user account have Administrator priviledges?

    Are you trying to run this because of malware problems? And you are trying to complete the READ ME FIRST sticky? If so, skip the online scanners. Just run McAfee Stinger and the other steps.
