I read the FAQs and downloaded the programs I wanted to run (like spyware, adware removal)

The very first thing I got was the adware removal. However when I was doing a system scan, my PC immediately reboot itself.

It only took not more than 10 seconds after scanning to come up with 3 critical errors, then reboot.

I think my PC is so messed up.. what should I do now?

Sounds like you are on step 5 not step 1. ;)

Are you scanning in safe mode?
Did you disconnect (physically unplug) your cable to the internet?

You should have finished fixing your problems last year in May in the below thread!!!!!!!!

Last May's problem were fixed thanks to you guys.. now I'm having another problem sadly

This time I truly followed the true FAQ. I mistook the other thread for the FAQ :S

Anyway I ran CCleaner, Windows Malicious Removal, then got stuck in Adware-SE.

I run it in Safe Mode with my modem unplugged. Yet after detecting 3-4 critical errors, my PC reboot itself.

I dont know if this helps, but before rebotting, my desktop kinda "shut down". It's like when you normally restart, all your menus at the bottom of the screen disappear. The same thing happened.. it's not a force restart... not sure how I can explain it.

But you never completed following up with us and there was more to have you do. You must always make sure you followup and complete all threads.

Is Ad-Aware the only program that causes a reboot? Have you tried other programs? Skip Ad-Aware and see how far you get. If all programs cause a reboot, just follow the instructions in step 7 exactly and attach a HijackThis log.

My bad. If I recall correctly, I did the follow up procedueres and the problems were all gone ;)

Anyway I tried running adware-se again and again and it still restart my PC. The other scanners work fine.

According to the online scans, I do have malware. Here's the log of everything.

Please run the below procedure and attach the log

    Virtumonde aka Trojan Vundo Removal

Make sure you attach the above log now before continuing.

Now run the above procedure one more time and attach the second log (rename the file if necessary).

I'm asking you to run it twice because it appears you may have a multi-layered Vundo infection.

Then attach a new HJT log too.

Question: Does your Norton/Symantec application have a firewall?

I ran VundoFix twice as you said, but the second scans found nothing so there is no second log file.

Here's the VundoFix log and the new HJT log.

Also I just realised that my Norton subscription has expired. I'll get a renewal soon.. but right now I'm using a²guard.

    Your log is clean.

Just delete the below files that Panda found:
    C:\WINDOWS\farmmext.ini
    C:\WINDOWS\inf\polall1r.inf
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\Air Tickets.ico

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to go back to step 1 of the READ & RUN ME to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points. Then reboot and enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.

After that, you should work thru the below link:
