I can't log into Ebay.com or Beckett.com

I don't know what the problem is, is it my firewall? Spyware? When I type in my password for Ebay.com or Beckett.com, the screen turns white and it says done at the bottom of the page. I have run Ad-Aware and Spybot, but I still can't log into these two websites. Can someone help?

 

First thing I would try is run a drive cleaner such as CCleaner or CleanUp! to clean any cookies and junk files. If this doesnt work I would begin with the general cleaning procedures we have in place.
