I can't post replies in this forum?

I've been a member here for a while but as you can see, haven't posted much, and when I have it's really been asking for help. Today, I actually saw I question that I could answer, tried to respond to it and got this message.
I only get this message in this particular forum hence me posting here.

"niceandspicy999, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Anyone have a clue why?

 

ahh thank you. I've been having so many problems logging in that I thought it was my pc again
