I can't scan

When I try to scan, using norton anti-virus, microsoft antispyware or using the recommended on-line scanners, the scanner just crashes or freezes when it reaches this folder
C:\Documents and Settings\ERIK\Local Settings\Temp\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5.
I've tried to delete it manually, but it won't let me do anything about it. When I try to acces it, delete it, or try to view its properties, explorer.exe generates an error. I've even tried in safe mode, and using special tools for deleting temporary files, and for deleting on boot.

 

I tried to edit, but my time had expired.

When I don't show my hidden files, MS antispyware and 'free spyware scanner version 9.6' don't have this problem.

Other than the fact that this makes regular scanning impossible, I really need to scan my computer now because I have spyware; Windows security center keeps popping up, and MS antispyware has detected PWS-pinch and popcorn64 a few times. They were removed, but they keep coming back.
Now that I think about it, the glitchy folder wasn't glitchy until the spyware was detected.

 

I also get this error message with some scanners:

Access violation at address 395F3834. Read of address 395F3834.
