I can't take it anymore! (Malware removal help)

I've been up all night trying to get rid of this malware. It wants me to buy their Antivermon anti-spyware which I wont do because I know its a scam. I've tried Lavasoft Adware SE Personal and it even said that the Antivermon was a Malware and when I clicked quarintine it didnt do anything I cant take this anymore because my computer is dirt slow and it takes like 20 mins for me to get to the desktop. Heres a pic of what it does. It flashes back and forth between these 2 images.

And this annoying thing pops up every 2- 3 mins.

What I need is something that will delete this for good. Any help is appreciated thanks in advance. Oh yea it must be free cause I'm broke sadly.

• Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around..

• CounterSpy
• AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy
• Bitdefender - from step 6
• Panda Scan - from step 6
• runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
• newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
• HijackThis

NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!
