I cant unistall a program???

when i try to uninstall a few of my programs in the add or remove section my the uninstall process freezes up... it has happened with a few of my programs... and one being unreal 2. the wierd thing is im using a laptop that is just over a week old. i have done several scans with antivirus, a squared, bitdefender, and i have found nothing that is an issue.. the hijak log file is below... if anyone knows what i can do that would be a lot of help.

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

• Bitdefender
• Panda Scan
• HijackThis
