i cant upload from school :/

hi, im not sure why since im not good at these stuff...i just want to upload some file from school than download it from home. i can upload fine at home but not school. so i think its a network problem...like maybe a firewall or something...yes my school computer do use net workand OS is XP pro.

(sorry for my noobness...)

 

More than likely, they have blocked unauthorized downloading to keep out malware, and to prevent potential copyright violations. There is no legitimate way to get around it.

 

if the file is small enough just put it on a floppy, or if its something that the teachers can upload, ask them I'm sure they would do it on their computer for you.

 

Yeah. My school's computer security is tight. You can't access many sites, so security is probably the issue.

 

hmm no i found out whats the problem now!! i think its that the file too big...but i got 100mb webspace...im using www.100webspace.com/freeplan.html (its good stuff but can someone tell me step by step how to upload big file? like 65-80mb

you can ftp the files from school to webspace if they allow FTP
Or
mail it to yourself @

up to one GB allowed.
