I couldn't run any applications after Combofix !!

Please Help~

My computer got a winupgro virus, so I ran Combofix just now to remove Winupgro. All process completed well(maybe..??), and I got a log report file also.

But after this, huge problem is happen!!
Any applications are not run at my PC!!
Not only utilities and S/Ws but basic applications by MS Windows are
malfunction. (ex : notepad, internet explorer, windows explorer, even calculator -_-)

For examples, when I double click the calculator icon,
the error message windows shows like this ;

C\Windows\System32\calc.exe
Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for
deletion

What shall I do to fix this problem??

Please read this:
HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post

This is not where you are supposed to have ComboFix:
c:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop\ComboFix.exe
You need to put it directly on your desktop!!

The log indicates a possible MBR infections.

You will need to boot to the Recovery Console to remove this infection.

Now boot to the Recovery Console and run the fixmbr to clear a Master Boot Record infection that you have.

You can read the below to help you do this:

Then boot back into normal mode.

Then see if you can not run the other scans.
