When I saw my desktop it was white then changed to a bhasy white every 2 secs or so. I tried to go to my proporties on the desktop but it didnt work. I also tired to make an image my backgorund but it failed. Can someone please help me get back my desktop?

    Hello jedialex100.:)

Please do not start threads in more than one forum for the same thing. It only causes confusion and we delete duplicate threads anyway. Also, please do not post in someone else's thread requesting they look at your thread. Everyone here who helps out volunteers their time for free..a little patience on your part is very much appreciated.

    Thank you!:)

No problem. If you are unsure where to post just start your thread in the most likely location. If we feel it is better suited to a different forum we just move it for you.:)

The situation with your desktop sounds all to familiar and I do believe your computer may still infected despite your efforts to remove the virus. I'm going to move your thread to our malware forum so you can receive further assistance.

Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

    Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

    Bitdefender
    Panda Scan
    HijackThis

Do I have to post the logs from when I scan in safe mode? I did those stuff before but I removed those scanners, I have AVG, Ad-aware SE and Counter Spy.
