I don't know what's wrong

    I've been experiencing major slow down of my computer recently in addition there are several symptoms.

    Windows fatal error cannot play file types .avi etc. etc.

    When I play games like CS Source I get a lot of lag spikes and screen jumps even though my fps is still relatively high.

    The screen resolution will suddenly drop from 1024 down to 800x600

    I've done the steps for removing Malware, using AntiSpyware, MalbytesAnti, and Combo Fix. I tried to run MGtools but I get a 16 bit MS-Dos Subsystem error, so I'll try to fix that for now.
    Please help.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    You need to attach the other 3 logs requested from SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and MGtools.


    This was explained in the instructions. See Using MGtools

    2nd Try

    Ok so I'll try again since I didn't post the logs last time. I've been experiencing major slow down in my computer. In addition, when I play games everything gets really jumpy after a while. Also my task manager isn't available when I use Alt Ctrl Del, or even when I use the run option (Windows cannot find "taskmgr".....). My MGtools won't work because of a 16bit MS-Dos Subsystem error and I tried to fix it using the website on the Malware Removal guide but it doesn't work. Ran SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes Anti, and ComboFix but to no avail.

    Please do not ZIP the log files when it is not necessary. Just attach the plain text log files.

    Please post problems related to playing games in the Game Forum.

    You are going to have to be more explicit in your explanation. What do you mean it doesn't work? What problem are you having downloading the file? Did you extract the files into your Windows\system32 folder as required? Unless you get this fixed, we will not be able to help you.
