    Hello all,

I am actually quite frustrated. I cannot figure out how to set E-mail links or any links to open up in Internet Explorer. I even deleted frefox from my computer. I would click on an internet shortcut and I would select "Always use this program to open this extension" (or something like that) still nothing. I went into my folder list and select IE to open html type extensions and it still goes to firefox. After I deleted firefox internet webpage links would not work. I would have to click on Select a program from the list and select IE 7.0.

I am running Windows XP Pro with IE 7.0 and newest version of Firefox.

This is really frustrating. Anyone got any ideas

    Thanks

    Hmmm. Try this:

    1. Launch Internet Explorer
    2. Select 'Internet Options' from the 'Tools' menu
    3. On the 'Internet Options' dialog, select the 'Programs' tab
    4. Under 'Default Web Browser' press the 'Make Default' button.
    5. Apply your settings.

That SHOULD set Internet Explorer as your default browser. Post back if this does not correct the situation.
