I FEEL COMPLETLY STUPID COMPARED TO EVRYONE. plz help.

OK, for starters, this is my gf's comp but i will be checking when i can. She has massive viruses fro god knows what. For starters, she literally has no sound/audio driver that i can see or check. I would like it if sumoen can give me a walk through on how to download an audio driver and put it into the audio driver in the device manager. If that made any sense what so ever.. lol. Secondly, is there anyway to wipe the comp and restart fresh with no windows disc. Basically to delete everything in order to get rid of all viruses yet be able to use comp without reinstalling windows.. Anyone that can help please do, your advice/help will be extreamly helpful. anyone can contact me, via aim (aol isntant messanger) CLCloud89 or through email-- <snipped email address> . And if possible give a detail upgraded message of a better/ affordable income of 8 dollars an hour, 40 hours a week plus rent for aprtment and utilitys.. Again, anyones suggestions and help will be extreamly helpful. Im not to good with comps, so plz leave details.
