I'm burdened with popups and a significantly slow computer with Explorer throwing me a buffer overrun constantly.

I think the problems are coming from fake system files Wvukibqh.dll and awtumkic.dll, both of which are in Windows/System 32, but they are always "in use" and I can't delete them -- even in safe mode. How can I get rid of them?
