I give up

Everytime I try to do a step in the removal guide it either doesn't let me run it,or it locks up.I'm tired of screwing with it,I'll order a new laptop to get me back in business,and order a new hard drive & Ram for the XPS 1530.I have picked up some form of a malware or what ever and it's to much of a pain to worry with I have no patients, I'll be used it for target practice if I don't quit now.I go from page to page trying to download the process suggested,just for a failure I end up snatching the battery out to get it to re-boot,task manager want stop it.If I order a new one I can get the Win7 software and install it on the crappy one.
