I have nod32 and firewall and router. How could it have happened? :confused

Is there a way to prevent it from happening again?

How do you know this? What problems are you referring to having and have you removed all malware?

Do you also have a realtime antispyware blocker? What firewall are you referring to? Is it part of NOD32. Are you very careful about where you surf and what you download? Do you use P2P or Torrent downloaders? Is your NOD32 Internet Security suite legit or did you use a hack?

No tools are perfect. They are infact far from perfect which is why this forum and many more exist. But security starts with you. See this How to Protect yourself from malware!
