i got'em the zolob and winfixer help me

    :confused: i got the winfixer and the zolob infection and it is in me registry files norton 2005 don't find them i do have other progies that find them but they don't remove them.they say its removed then i clear out my cookies and temp net files then reboot still dosen't work what am i doing wrong or what progie can i get for free that will work:eek:

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

    Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments. Read the sticky threads! You will find important info in them (including a procedure for Virtumonde aka WinFixer).
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
      • Bitdefender
      • Panda Scan
      • HijackThis

    hijaker found 96 items and i don't seem to be gettin any popups anymore.so alli can think now is why did i buy norton antivirus if i still get infected.i have always founf and removed them my self in the past.but im glad i found your site and plan to use more so i get the best ues of my pc. thanks:D

    can't remember how to post new sorry my mss32.dll file not found i downloaded it winzip extracted but won't open or anything how do i get it installed send me an e-mail ....
