I HATE spammers...

Grrrr... my blog got spammed by some twat pimping a load of sites. He kept changing his IP as well. And his email. However, he didn't change his "name"

Spammer = dead. I installed a couple of spam prevention plugins, one which I partcularly like which makes the spammer wait 30 seconds before the page shows up

 

I would eat the spam, not beat it to the ground...

that's interesting ..i post at this other forum and sometimes it takes about 30 seconds or so for me to post ..really annoying ..not that i spam or anything

Nah nah, its better than that if their comment gets moderated, their next pageview stalls for 30 seconds... i.e. they can't see any page on my website for 30 seconds. Hopefully that should put off spambots... if they can't request a form.
