I hate the everest trial version

figured it would be better than home edition but nooooo. They block out certain specs and readings with [trial version] just to piss you off.

Trial version of some software have always been the same in limiting the functionality.... cest la vie.

I highly doubt they do it to "piss" you off, they are just protecting their IP and as they say giving you a taster in a trial version of what the full software can do, you can always still use the Home Free version ( albiet its not going to be updated ) or there are other similar products that are free and give similar readings etc available.

The author of Everest seems to be using the same formula.

He offers it as freeware for a while, then once he gets a market, he removes it and only offers shareware.

He did the same thing with Aida32.

Nothing wrong with that, but I wish he would still offer a free version, like what ZoneAlarm (and others) does/did.
