I Have Around 80 Processes Running?!

Just having a large number of processes running does not mean you have malware. You need to be more conscious of what you install and allow to run at startup on your PC. However, that subject is not one for the malware forum. That being said, I do see some issues in your HJT log but you have not followed our reuqired cleaning procedures.

If you are having malware problems, tell us what they are and work thru the steps below which are required before posting HijackThis logs. And note, ALL logs must be attachments to messages.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

• Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
• Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

• After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

• When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
  • Bitdefender
  • Panda Scan
  • HijackThis

Only you know what program you need to use and do not need. No one can decide that for you. And then there are many processes you cannot stop because they are part of your Windows OS. There are also a bunch of process that are used by your Laptop which is very typical of most Laptops.

As I said you do have some malware stuff in there so you should complete the instructions I gave you in my previous post. While we work on that and remove all the malware, a few things will go away. I will also make a few obvious suggestions at that time for things that we can just tell you right up front are not necessary.
