I Have Both Error Code 0x800704b3 And 0x80070005

I can't open applications or files that can help me get rid of what ever is going on. When ever I try to open them I get a error that the application doesn't exist, and when I try to troubleshoot it I get another error. I can't play any games because they don't exist and I can't install a application to help fix this. The built in applications to help me don't work either by the error or it freezes. I'm not sure if I have a virus or something.
