I have braviax. Please assist!

I have tried everything to kill the unkillable virus. It killed my start menu bar, and it slows down comp badly. Cant kill it from the registry, cant kill it's startup (though i know i shouldnt, i read read and run me first), and it failed to open all programs from the list. No virus scanner can run, avast starts but the tricky B*****d disables the keyboard from deleting it. i did an online scan with mcAfee Freescan. This is what i have:

Task manager is availible, how im opening everything, and Im out of Ideas. MGtools and all other virus scanners work. I can use safeboot, and in safeboot it does allow me to edit the registry, but it blatently refuses all virus scanners. Please assist!
