I Have Come to a Realization

I am not a team player.


I am finishing up a programming class (this is the last week). I replaced virtually everyone's code in a team assignment because I didn't like, or it didn't meet my standards. Now I am happy with it, completely. I don't think anyone on the team is happy with me though.

Running with the "not a team player" theme, I asked the instructor of the new class I just started if I could write my assignments in wpf. Everyone else is using window forms. He said yes. The caveat? The team has to peer review my programs and they are wayyyyyy different.

I admit that I am like you. I am not a team player. Every 'team' I've been on has been a case of: I do all the work, the 'team' takes the credit. I'd much rather work solo.
