I have followed all steps

Hi, I keep getting pop ups. Thank you for all the support and the time spent helping us out. It is very much appreciated. This is my first visit and I have read and done all 6 steps mentioned in the stickied thread. However I still get pop ups. I tried to use HijackThis and searched for things that seemed weird online and erase a few, and a few folders but it didn't solve the problem, Now I come to you hoping for a little hand. Thank you guys. Attached is my HijackThis Log.

 

The first thing I notice is that your OS is way out of date which represents a major security risk. Once we get your system clean you must update to Service Pack 2.

First, please look in Add/Remove Program and uninstall "Messenger Plus! 3".

Next, relocate your HJT to a more secure location such as "C:\Programs Files\HJT".

Once you complete the above instructions, please follow the steps in the thread below.
