I have Malaware!

Hey folks,

I'm having some problems I'm hoping to fix. I'll list them both

1) When I do a google search, and click on the links it gives me my browser automatically takes me to alternative sites that I do not wish to vist.

2) Every so often a system warning (yellow triangle alert) pops up in my toolbar. When I click on that, it too takes me to some arbitrary web page.

I've run SPYBOT, but that has not solved the problem.

In anticipation, I downloaded Hijack this and here is the LOG file:
