I have malware help!

my computer my desktop says a spyware threat has been detected on your computer, Also I cant use task manager, It says the admin has disabled it.
I ran hi jack this and this is what the log said

Just looking at your HJT log, your computer is badly infected. I will give you some intructions to begin with and then I want you to continue immediately on with those that follow. It will be necessary to get as much information as possible in order to help you and that means following the instructions to get the logs.

HijackThis is not installed in its proper location. Please see if you can run it anyway. (If not, you can skip this first step and continue with the instructions below the box.) When HijackThis opens, select Do a system scan and allow it to produce a log. When the log appears on your screen, please put a check in the box next to the following items. Then CLOSE ALL YOUR BROWSER WINDOWS! After that, you can click on FIX. When it finishes, just close the program. Here are the items:

As soon as you complete that, I want you to follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the logs when you get finished. Please use your computer as little as possible for anything but these procedures and avoid any unnecessary boots.

I fixed it, I booted my computer in safe mode and ran SDfix.

I'm glad you were able to fix it. If you would like for us to look at your logs to make sure everything's been fixed, please run through the procedures (minimally install and run the MGTools) and attach the logs.
